Plant Trees in Kansas City

Street Trees

Heartland Tree Alliance is partnered with Kansas City to plant street trees. You and your neighbors sign up, they call before they dig and plant for you, you water it for at least two years.

Energy Saving Trees

Twice a year, Bridging the Gap partners with Evergy and Arbor Day Foundation to offer free energy-saving trees to KCMO residents. Use their website to determine where to plant your trees for maximum energy savings.

Order Seedlings

Starting in September of every year, the Missouri Department of Conservation sells tree seedlings, most of which cost just one dollar. Kansas Forest Service offers a similar program for those on the other site of State Line.
